RADICALCHIC draws upon the evolution of Italian fine dining over the past 10 years to present a new culinary experience fusing innovation, artistic finesse, and awe-inspiring gastronomy. Located sky-high on the 101st floor of International Commerce Center of West Kowloon, RadicalChic boasts sweeping city and harbour views to enjoy alongside a creative Italian degustation menu by our chef, Andrea Zamboni. As a native Italian chef, he uses the might of his homeland’s finest meats, seafood and seasonal produce to craft a cuisine and upscale dining experience quite unlike any other – bringing a refined and radical new take on Italian fare in Hong Kong.
